In most cases, athletes can start right away as long as there is availability in the appropriate class. Our team will help find the soonest start date that works for your family.
For safety and effective training, athletes should arrive dressed in form-fitting athletic wear that allows coaches to properly spot skills and ensures freedom of movement.
Footwear
Athletes may train barefoot or in athletic shoes with a low sole
Athletic shoes are strongly recommended to reduce the risk of foot and ankle injuries, especially during tumbling and cheer activities
Tops
Acceptable tops include:
-Short sleeve athletic shirts
-Tank tops
-Sports bras purchased from our Pro Shop
Sports Bra Policy: For safety and support reasons, sports bras must be purchased through our Pro Shop. This ensures the material, coverage, and fit are appropriate for the type of training athletes will be doing.
Bottoms
-Athletic shorts
-Form-fitting leggings
-Loose or baggy clothing is not permitted, as it can interfere with spotting and skill instruction.
Hair & Jewelry
-Hair must be secured in a high ponytail for safety and visibility
-No jewelry is permitted, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, or watches
This policy helps prevent injuries and ensures athletes can train safely and effectively.
Only our cheer teams have a registration fee which goes towards their summer training. We do have a $40 annual membership fee for all athletes. Our Guest Relations team will explain all fees clearly before enrollment.
